Ross Jerrard

Mr Jerrard has demonstrated excellent leadership skills, assembling and managing his multi-jurisdictional finance team. Mr Jerrard has established strong relations within Egypt, specifically with key government officials at all levels. Mr Jerrard will retain his responsibilities for the finance function and as CFO.
Ross Jerrard was appointed CFO of Centamin plc on 18 April 2016 (director since 5 February 2018).
Before joining Centamin, Ross was lead audit partner with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Perth, where he was based for thirteen years.
Ross has led many teams providing audit and related financial advisory services to public companies, and national and international groups. Prior to moving to Australia, Ross worked in Southern Africa and the Middle East providing services for a range of resource companies. Specifically relevant to Centamin is that he spent three and a half years in Egypt, based in Cairo, acting for multinational companies operating in the region.
Ross is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA), the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Zimbabwe (ICAZ) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
